Georgina Fuggle is a chef who has had ten years, three cookery courses, one restaurant and a fiercely sharp mother to hone her culinary skills. She trained at Leiths and then went on to cook for events, work for Green & Black's, practice as a food stylist and wind up as a Senior Food Editor for a London publishing house. 

She has written three cookbooks and has since co-authored many books, most recently, Prue with Prue Leith. 

She founded Little by Little Jewellery with Annabel Cox in 2017; a sustainable jewellery brand that takes design inspiration from ingredients. With each piece sold, Little by Little Jewellery donates to Luminary Bakery, a charity in North London that teaches vulnerable woman the skill of baking. 

Georgina currently lives in Winchester, running Little by Little, writing for magazines, consulting on food trends and food styling for shoots.  

Hannah Finch is an editorial director who has spent 8 years working in the design and branding industry in London, including two years on staff at Monocle magazine. She is currently the editor of Leesman Insights, a quarterly journal dedicated to the transformative power of data.


She also co-leads Saint Mary’s church Southampton with her husband Jon.

Emma Du Croz is a former chef and events manager.  She trained at Le Cordon Bleu and over 12 yrs went on to work as a pastry chef at The Ivy, Le Caprice and Tom Aikens, amongst others.  This was followed by 8 years in event management working with Mark Hix, Bistrotheque and The Trampery.

Now working as an operations manager, she remains passionate about food and sharing great ideas around a table.
